About NCC Fishermen's Night
Our event is a long-standing tradition in the Pacific Northwest community, bringing together industry leaders, advocates, and members of the community to celebrate the hard work and dedication of those in the fishing industry. Join us for a night of delicious seafood, engaging speakers, and networking opportunities.
Norwegian Commercial Club was founded in 1932, birthed out of the great depression. NCCs early mission was to united Norwegians to help one another as they struggled to secure a place in the economy of Seattle, Washington. NCC continues to focus on connecting commerce and culture of Norwegian Heritage in our New Economy. With over 200 members we have a reach throughout the greater Puget Sound Region.
Fishermen's Night is a volunteer and donation-based event. Proceeds from this event are donated to other local non-profit organizations that need additional funding, while the majority is given in student scholarships each year. Last year we were able to give out over $15,000 in student scholarships alone.
